Deposit & Cancellation Policy
House Calls
• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at checkout and serves as a travel fee. It is not applied toward the service total.
• Travel fees range from $50–$100 based on distance, bridge crossings, tolls, traffic, and travel time from San Francisco. Any remaining travel balance is due on the day of the appointment along with the service total.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
• The $50 deposit is applied toward the 50% cancellation fee, with any remaining balance due.
Salon Suite Appointments
• Deposits for suite appointments are non-refundable and are not deducted from the service total, as they are applied toward braiding hair costs, which are purchased and prepped in advance.
